About the job:
The Account Coordinator provides direct support to the Senior Account Manager. They work closely with clients and internal marketing teams to assist in meeting client objectives in advertising and marketing campaigns. The Account Coordinator is integral to the success of the company in the role of maintaining excellent client relations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Account Coordinator requires a solid understanding of general marketing and advertising skills, client relations, and attention to detail with well-balanced and dynamic social interaction skills.
Create and maintain work orders, ensuring project timelines stay on schedule
Communicate and request pricing from vendors
Work closely with Senior Account Manager to create and implement campaigns in a timely manner
Assist in the creation of communication of presentations and proposals
Participate in company brainstorming sessions
Conduct primary research and assist in compiling client briefs
Proactively research new opportunities for clients
Serve as point of contact for client requests as needed
Monitor and schedule content across social media platforms
Support company growth with onboarding new business clients
Skills and Experience Required:
Account management, marketing, and/or sales experience
Strong interest in multicultural marketing
Understanding of digital marketing best practices
Ability to communicate intricate concepts with ease
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and multidisciplinary skills
Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people
Ability to take direction from others
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate others to respond to the organization’s business needs

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent time of work experience
