TeamViewer is a proprietary software application for remote control, desktop sharing, online meetings, web conferencing and file transfer between computers. They asked rūmbo to develop a marketing strategy that would solidify their presence in Mexico and South America, as well as increase subscribers in the region. rūmbo began with an audit of their Spanish and Portuguese websites, and a review of keywords and digital ads. rumbo helped Teamviewer standardize a communications process for Central and South America that significantly reduced lead times and increase subscriptions.
